If you are a resident of Bellingham's Roosevelt, Sunnyland, York, Lettered Streets, or Columbia neighborhoods, Whatcom Conservation District and Whatcom Million Trees Project are partnering with the City of Bellingham to offer you an opportunity to receive a free tree to be planted on your property.
